_ a bit of context:during the break between innings the cameras at coors stadium search through the crowd for uber-fans doing very supportive things. this kid had every intention of being on the jumbotron, and so, for the full three minutes or so as the teams swapped places, he stood and danced.
_ danced frantically, alternating between the robot, the basketball player, the sprinkler, and whatever that dance is called where you hold your ankle.
_ but, alas, all efforts were in vain. the innings changed and he went back to his seat.
_ it was a thrilling game, and as you can see in the above video (the only clip taken... that's real skill/luck) giambi hit a home run in the bottom of the ninth to win the game for the rockies. 6-7 against the sox.
_ over half the crowd were pro red sox, so rockies fans took this chance to gloat.
_ they were screaming in the streets around the stadium, and these guys were about ready to go, but still had the spirit. we see what appears to be a rolling paper held up behind sean penn there.
_ we followed the crowds around the corner to todo's, a massive bar with a huge deck upstairs.
_ a group of shamed red sox fans were holed up in the corner, dancing away their disappointment with guns and roses and binge drinking.
_ this guy, chris, didn't let defeat get him down, and he decided to carpe the diem.

_ it almost gets the best of him...
...
_ but he prevails. go rockies.
